Ark Veterinary Services LLC ("we," "us," or "our") runs a mixed-animal veterinary practice at 1038 Broad Street, Sumter, SC 29150. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through arkvetsc.com (the "Site"), how we use it, who helps us handle it, and the choices you have.

Information You Give Us

You choose what to share with us when you:

• Send a form. Our appointment request, contact, general information, new client and feedback forms ask for details such as your name, phone number, email address and information about your animals and their care. These forms are provided and stored by our website and marketing provider's form system on our behalf.
• Apply for a payment plan. The Cherry payment-plan tools on the Site, the "Pay over time" payment calculator on every page and the application on our Payment Options page, are run by Cherry. If you check your options or apply, you share that information directly with Cherry under Cherry's own privacy policy. We don't receive your financial or credit details through the Site.
• Call us. Phone links on the Site dial call-tracking numbers that forward to our main line, (803) 403-7788, or, on our Charlotte location's card, to that location's line. Our call-tracking provider logs basic call details such as the calling number, date, time and length of the call.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so it can deliver the Site and keep it secure. Some features on the Site are provided by other companies, and they may collect similar technical information or set cookies when they load:

• Google Maps, for the maps on our homepage and Contact page
• UserWay, for the accessibility menu, which may remember your display preferences on your device
• Cherry, for the "Pay over time" payment calculator that loads on every page
• Google Tag Manager, which loads Google's measurement tools (such as Google Analytics). They use cookies to count visits and see which pages are used, so we can improve the Site
• Cherry and our form provider, when you use the payment-plan tools or a form

You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on.

We use the information you share to:

• Schedule and confirm appointments and set you up as a new client

The Site links to other sites, including our online pharmacies (Vetsource Pharmacy and Chewy Pharmacy), Google reviews and our social media pages. Those sites, and the services named above, follow their own privacy policies.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you share. No website or internet transmission is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive financial information through our forms.

• You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information you've sent through the Site.
• You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features, such as the map or the accessibility menu, may not work as expected without them.

Children

The Site is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
